To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging. To complete your return, contact us at support@nutrisips.com with your order number. Please note, you'll be responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake. 

For returns initiated within 30 days, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. For returns initiated after 30 days, we'll issue you a store credit. Please allow 3-5 business days for the inspection and approval of returns. Refunds made to credit cards make take an additional 3-5 business days to process, depending on your financial institution. Gift cards are sent electronically. Please note, you must contact us at support@nutrisips.com to initiate a return. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be refunded.
